Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of OneTakeAI. Uploading a video or creating an account constitutes acceptance.
01Your content, your ownership
You own your footage and your finished takes. Uploading a video grants a limited licence to store, process and transform it solely to generate and deliver your edit back to you. Your footage is not used to train models, and no ownership over it is claimed.
02Rights to what you upload
By uploading a video you confirm it is either you speaking on camera, or that you have permission from everyone appearing in it, and that you hold the rights to any product, footage or audio in the file. You are responsible for the content you upload and for anything you post using the exported video, including any advertising or endorsement disclosures your own content requires.
03The edit is AI-generated
OneTakeAI uses automated transcription and AI analysis to decide what to cut. It is good, and it is not perfect: occasionally it may cut something you wanted kept, or keep something you wanted cut. Always review your final take before posting it. We are not liable for content decisions made by the automated edit.
04Plans and billing
Free accounts include a one time allowance of finished takes rather than a recurring monthly one. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively remove access already paid for in the current period. Refunds are not offered for partial billing periods; if you believe you were charged in error, contact Support.
05Copyright complaints
If you believe content uploaded or exported through OneTakeAI infringes your copyright, email Support with a description of the material and its location, and it will be investigated and removed if warranted.
06Service as is
OneTakeAI is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free processing. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount paid in the past twelve months.
07Account suspension
Accounts that violate these terms, upload content they do not have rights to, or abuse the service, including attempts to disrupt or overload it, may be suspended or terminated.
08Revisions
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continuing to use OneTakeAI after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
