These terms cover your use of OneTakeAI. By uploading a video or creating an account, you agree to them.
Your content, your ownership
You own your footage and your finished cuts. Uploading a video gives us a limited license to store, process, and transform it solely to generate and deliver your edit back to you — we don't use your footage to train models, and we don't claim any ownership over it.
You confirm you have the rights to what you upload
By uploading a video, you confirm it's either you speaking on camera, or you have permission from everyone appearing in it, and that you have the rights to any product, footage, or audio in the file. You're responsible for the content you upload and for anything you post using the exported video, including any advertising or endorsement disclosures required for your own content (e.g. TikTok's or the FTC's rules on sponsored posts).
The edit is AI-generated
OneTakeAI uses automated transcription and AI analysis to decide what to cut. It's good, but it isn't perfect — occasionally it may cut something you wanted kept, or keep something you wanted cut. Always review your final cut before posting it. We're not liable for content decisions made by the automated edit.
Plans and billing
Free accounts are limited to a set number of finished cuts per month. Paid plans, once available, are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled at any time — cancellation stops future billing and doesn't retroactively remove access already paid for in the current period.
Service "as is"
OneTakeAI is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free processing. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, upload content they don't have rights to, or abuse the service (including attempts to disrupt or overload it).
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use OneTakeAI after an update means you accept the revised terms.
