Privacy Policy
OneTakeAI processes raw video you upload in order to return an edited cut. This document states what is collected, which subprocessors touch it, and what control you have over it.
01Collected data
Your account carries an email, a display name and an avatar. A take carries the source file, its transcript, and the finished output, plus operational records: job status, timestamps, file metadata. Nothing biometric is collected: no face vectors, no voice prints.
02Subprocessors
A small cast is required to run the pipeline, each in one role: Supabase for database, auth and storage; Deepgram for speech to text; Anthropic for transcript analysis; Railway and Vercel for hosting; Stripe for payments, with no card data stored by us. We do not sell your data, and your footage is shared with no one beyond what processing requires.
03Ads measurement
We load the TikTok Pixel on this site to measure visits and actions that come from TikTok ads. It may set cookies and send TikTok your IP address, browser information, and the pages you view. It does not receive your footage.
04Speech and likeness
Deepgram converts audio to text. It transcribes speech; it does not identify who is speaking. No facial recognition is run and no biometric profile is built of anyone in your footage. Your face and voice stay in your uploaded video and its transcript, used only to produce your edit, never for model training.
05Retention
For completed takes, we keep the raw upload, transcript, finished cut, and any thumbnail or sprite sheet until you delete the take or your account. Raw uploads for takes that fail to process may be deleted after 7 days. Storage objects that are more than 7 days old and no longer referenced by an active take may also be deleted. When you delete a take, it is removed from your library and we make a best-effort attempt to delete its currently associated stored files at that time.
06Your rights
You can access, rename or delete any take at any time. To request a full export or deletion of your account data, or for any other privacy question, contact us through Support.
07Revisions
If this policy changes materially, the revision date at the top of this document is updated and, where required, you are notified directly.
