Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info — email address, display name, and an optional profile photo, via Supabase Auth (including Google sign-in if you use it).
• Your uploaded footage — the raw video file, its transcript, and the edited output.
• Basic usage data — job status, timestamps, and file metadata needed to run and show you your take history.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of subprocessors to actually run the pipeline. We don't sell your data, and we don't share your footage with anyone beyond what's needed to process it:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Deepgram — speech-to- text transcription of your uploaded audio.
• Anthropic — analyzes your transcript to identify retakes, filler words, and dead air.
• Railway & Vercel — hosting for our processing worker and website.
• Stripe — payment processing, once paid plans are live. We never see or store your card number.

Speech and likeness

Deepgram converts your audio to text — it transcribes speech, it does not identify who is speaking. We don't run facial recognition or build a biometric profile of anyone in your footage. Your face and voice stay in your uploaded video and its transcript, used only to produce your edit.

How long we keep it

Your uploads, transcripts, and finished cuts are kept until you delete them from your Takes library or delete your account. Deleting a take removes both the source file and the output file from storage.

Your rights

You can access, rename, or delete any take at any time from your account. To request a full export or deletion of your account data, or for any other privacy question, contact us — see Support.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you directly.
