Creator Terms
The rules of the OneTakeAI creator program: how referrals are tracked, when commission is earned, and what is expected of you.
01Who counts as your referral
Someone who signs up through your link or enters your code, and then pays for a plan for the first time. It has to be a new customer: an existing subscriber changing plans, or someone coming back after cancelling, is not a referral.
02What you earn
A one-time commission on that customer's first payment, calculated on the amount we actually collect after any discount. Through Saturday, September 12 the rate is 25%. After that it is 10%. It applies to monthly and yearly plans alike, and a yearly plan counts as one first payment.
03What your audience gets
During launch week, everyone gets 25% off their first payment automatically, with or without a code, so your code is not a bigger discount than the site already offers. After launch week, your code gives them 10% off their first payment.
04When you get paid
Commissions are held for 30 days after the customer pays, which is our refund window. Everything past the hold is paid in the first week of the following month by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle, whichever you prefer. We will ask for a W-9 before the first payment.
05Refunds and disputes
If a referred customer is refunded or disputes the charge, the commission for that payment is reduced by the refunded amount, or removed entirely if the whole payment is returned. A commission is only final once it has been paid out.
06What is not allowed
Using your own code on your own account. Bidding on our brand name in paid search. Presenting yourself as OneTakeAI, or promising things the product does not do. Buying signups, or any other artificial traffic. Anything in this list voids the commissions it produced.
07Disclosure
If you share your code or link in a video, say out loud that you earn a commission, and add #ad to the caption. Saying it only in the caption does not meet the FTC's standard for clear and conspicuous disclosure. This protects you more than it protects us.
08Changes and ending the program
We can change the commission rate or end the program with notice. Anything already earned at the old rate is still paid at the old rate. You can stop at any time. If we pause your code, existing commissions are unaffected.
09Where this applies
The program is open to creators in the United States for now, because that is where we can currently handle payouts and tax paperwork.
10Agreeing to this
Accepting a creator invitation records your agreement to these terms as version v2 (2026-09-05). If they change materially, you are told before the new version applies to you.
